How bad is the traffic to the Wynn from Henderson?

lets say i plan on grinding from 5pm-2am. How long does your typical trip from Henderson to the Wynn take?

depends on day of the week

sun/mon/tues/wed < thurs/fri/sat

10-15 min on the lower days, 30-60min depending on accidents and LA traffic on I15 for the busier days.

take the back roads during prime hours and you wont see any traffic at all. Take Eastern or Bolder Highway north, then head west on Desert Inn.
