Don't include results with hands.

Hand 1, bet more on the flop so you can push the turn for less than a psb

Hand 2, Bet more on the flop, instacall the all in

Hand 3, I just get it in preflop, but flop is fine.

Hand 4, Bet more on the flop/turn, otherwise its fine.

Hand 5, Raise more on the flop. Either check the turn behind or fold to his minraise.

Hand 6, Bet more on the turn, push over his min 4 bet, you want to get all in

Hands 1 and 2 seem pretty standard. Hand 3 I'd fold on his push. Hand 4: eh; not sure. I usually check/call after a min-raise. I think that one was just unfortunate. Hand 6 I'd push the turn.

sorry about results. These hands put a dent in my bankroll so I was a bit angry while posting.

Grunch

Hand 1: I don't like re-raising AKo OOP here, against a button or CO raise who I thought was likely to be on a blind steal maybe, but you don't see to much of that at these levels, so I don't re-raise pre flop. The reasons for this are 1) I want to control the pot size, I don't want to play a huge pot with AKo until after I've hit a big hand, not before I've hit with it. As played, I think the betting throughout is about right, I think the raise on the turn screams set... and even though with 4 outs to fill up I need to be getting about 9-1, I don't know if I could fold in this large of a pot. If I wasn't completely convinced he had a set I'd call getting 6.5-1 on my money hoping either I hit or he got out of line with a hand like A7 or A6 (even though I think that is very, very rare). But even though I think I would likely call, I think the fold here is the right play... a set is just way to likely...and pot odds don't justify trying to fill up.

Hand 2: It's JT or a complete bluff (and a bad one at that). Two pair is no likely at all. The only two pair combos are AK, AQ, KQ... all 3 are probable raises, especially in a 4 handed game. I'd fold because the pot is small, I wouldn't want to throw away my stack hoping to catch a bluff. Besides, a bluff into a pre flop raiser on a board that almost guaranteed to hit us is a really bad bluff. Even the worst players I think would know better than to bluff a pre flop raiser on a board that comes with AKQ... it screams JT that doesn't know how to get paid off. Don't do him a favor by paying it off.

Hand 3: That's poker. You got in with the best of it (albeit not by much). With an over and a flush draw the villain had 12 outs and caught one of them. That's poker. You shouldn't really worry to much about this one.

Hand 4: I'm perplexed at this hand. I read it over and over again and I was still perplexed. When I'm completely perplexed by a hand I typically will fold. Especially if its a big fish. I'm going to wait for a hand when I'm not perplexed and have a huge edge and I'm going to bust him. So in marginal decisions against fishes, I error on the side of caution knowing that I'll get him when it's not marginal later. I would guess the 6 on the turn, because even fish usually aren't complete idiots. Also, if by fish you mean Loose passive,he probably is holding something, and if he's raising he's likely to have hit the 6 with a hand he shouldn't be playing but did anyways. Don't let a fish get all your money by making a poor decision on a marginal decision.

Hand 5: This is another tough hand. I don't advocate immediately assuming flush just because the flush card hits. I think that's not intelligent. So I agree with the bet on the turn also. The check raise to me says flush or a QT. It could be a very well executed bluff, buy I doubt it at this level. So I think almost every time we must fill up to win this hand, and the 5-1 pot odds we're getting isn't good enough to call in hopes of filling up.

Hand 6: I check fold the river, not check call.... The 2nd re-raise on the turn screams JT to me. Getting 6-1 and having 10 outs (the last 9, 3 Qs, 3 8s, 3 5s) to fill up, I call and hope to fill up. If I don't I fold, if I do I check raise. Another thing I would do differently here occasionally is lead on the flop. There are a lot of late position raising hands that would likely give you credit for the Q and fold. but as played, the only real issue I have is the check call on the river, I prefer a check fold if you don't fill up.
