If you want to see some effed up feet, go to a skilled nursing facility and take a look at the old people's feet. You'll have nightmares. OP, glad you've gotten some good news, and that it was probably just scar tissue. Grafts are pretty tough things to tear usually, and bending down would be the weakest way ever to do it. Good luck w/ your rehabing.
