I am thinking besides maybe a 9, this is the best turn card for me as i have a flush draw, gutterball straight draw and top pair.....

I'd probably check here - his line is pretty confusing. While getting c/r'd here isn't a disaster, I think getting to see a free card is much better in this spot.

I would fold to the checkraise. As played betting is pretty much a zero-value play; he folds hands you crush and calls or raises with what beats you. Check and hit a diamond.

check. He may be one of the live players that likes to get fancy and go for the double c/r. Also if you check and make your hand he may lead the river and allow you to get in more of the money with you having the best hand.

Im betting again. Im hoping to possibly stack him by the river, and it will be hard to do so without getting some more money in there. Id bet out about 25. I dont want to get totally committed here, and I want a call. If he raises to 60 or 70 you'll still be getting 3-1 to call and make money on the river.

Check, a lot of live players love to dbl c/r. You are way behind on the flop much of the time anyway, take your free card.
