At fulltilt, they almost never 3bet you preflop...at PP, it seems to be happening quite a bit of late and I'm not to sure how I should adjust my calling/4betting ranges:

Presume its folded to you on the button and you hold one of 99/TT/JJ and you make a standard raise to $8, SB folds and BB raises to $25.

Should I push/call/fold with these hands? And also what about lower PPs like 22-88, standard fold?

One year ninja bump.

I thought it would be interesting to hear current thoughts about button/big blind battles that seem to be happening every orbit or two.

The OP didn't touch on it, but what are some good lines to take when we 3b light from the SB, get called and miss the flop with hands like KJ, 87s, 66?

(Board texture, reads, game flow - I know, I know, read dependent)

I've seen this SOOOOO much lately. One time a 14/10 had J8s. But I usually just fold.

I've noticed that too.

Wonder what the games are going to be like in another year.

Probably players at NL25 being forced to merge their range and make two-way bets or go bust.

lmao bodog is so easy I get smooth called by SB and BB to my button raise of 4x the BB... BB had AK SB had AQ... SB is a total fish and just calls basically every raise preflop w/ any two and will make huge calls w/ bottom pair.. I love it. Flop was A Q 8 or something and SB bets out $1 w/ top two into a $12 pot...

I'm folding 99/TT the first time it happens and calling JJ to re-eval the flop. Next time it happens I still drop 99 but call TT.

I called 67s to a 3-bet the other day... but am capable of folding jacks here... really depends on stacks / player image etc.. I usually make sure to raise every hand PF so I feel I get 3-bet PF light a lot.. so I could push w/ as little as 88 or AJ/AQ if I feel that BB is getting fed-up w/ me.
