If you plan on raising preflop, you should push. It's either push or fold at this point. I would probably push here (it looks as if the blinds are 100/200 a25), which means you have an M of ~4.

Search around for a converter, this is just lazy.

I've had people tell me I played it fine, that I should shove or fold preflop, and that I should definately shove preflop.

deffo push preflop, you are too short to do anyhting but push it.

As played you should have pushed any flop, especially this flop, but pushing preflop is the play.

Seriously though,I see this kind of play alot live.You are in the 9-13x BB range. They feel they have to many chips to push w a somewhat marginal hand,so they make a smallish raise,then,when they miss the flop,they c/f,presumably because they feel they have enough chips to wait for a better spot.

Whenever I see this,I'd call with virtually anything,position doesn't matter,because if I'm first,I'd push any flop like this,if I'm last to act,I'll bet every time I'm checked to.You have no idea how many times I hear them say: got a pair,huh? You hit that,huh? and then fold.

I'm going to assume part of the reason why you folded was bc you felt you had enough chips to wait for a better spot?

I think everyone agrees that you should push pre here.If you don't,then push any flop.You do not have enough chips to fold here.Think about it,this play cost you a lot of chips.Not just the ones you lost in this pot,but since you are ai next time you play a hand....if you double up,you'll have 2600.if you'd doubled up on this hand,you'd have 3500.That's a lot of extra chips right there.
