I think the flop leaves you between a rock and a hard place, you're between two aggressive players so you have to think you're calling something on average 3 SBs to win something like 21 SBs (don't forget the pot is protected). I guess by the time you raise the flop raise (terrible) you're pretty much forced to call the 2 bets just because. However it's a terrible place the OP put himself in.
