I dunno about that, the thing about SS is it's like war; long stretches of boredom with bursts of excitement. Very often you're preparing to get it all-in. There's no FPS, there's no working out how to build the pot, it's BAM, we're in. SS is effectively about turning holdem into a 2-round rather than a 4-round game.

I have no idea how to make a video, but I'd be willing to although I wouldn't have time untile next weekend. I only reload when I'm under 8 BB. Like Carter said, its pretty easy to have a 200 hand stretch and get AI maybe 2 times and then bam you find yourself AI 6-7 times in 50 hands (12 tabling so thats like 3-4 min).

Your steal thing is interesting. Stealing increases the variance even more, and is probably best avoided unless at very tight blinds, and the SSer needs to be able to let it go without fuss if the flop doesn't connect.

So basically, good SSers don't usually steal (though I've heard some do find it +EV), and don't usually protect their blinds. There are exceptional circumstances of course.

I loosen up if folded to me when I am on the button. I never open call from the SB, its either fold or raise, and will raise ATC against a calling SB. It gets me to about a 15% steal ratio, certainly not very agressive, but not passive either.
