Default JJ from BB

Was just checking my position stats and they're all + except the BB which is very very negative which got me thinking this must be a major leak area. Just looking at my biggest losing hands its hands like this which I find hard.
Villain is 28/7/1.6 over 223 hands but I don't think I had this at the time (fairly new HUD)
Ultimate Bet
No Limit Holdem Ring game

Stack sizes:
UTG: $83.20
UTG+1: $101.35
CO: $177.35
Button: $130.65
SB: $158.60
Hero: $120.10

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is BB with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

SB checks, <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $12</font>, UTG+1 folds, <font color="#cc0000">SB raises to $31.75</font>, Hero calls.

Turn: 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($75.5, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">SB bets $30</font>, Hero calls.

River: 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($135.5, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">SB is all-in $92.85</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero calls all-in $54.35</font>.
Uncalled bets: $38.5 returned to SB.

Results:
Final pot: $244.2
Now this hand was a while ago and I've improved a lot since then, but its a tough spot however good you are right?
I don't see flop as a bad call as he could be trying a steal or have A9s etc. Would a better line be call turn fold river? Or can anyone find a fold on flop/turn??
Thanks in advance

I would have just shoved the flop blind on blind, so many donks that will stack off with a nine or draw here. As played easy call on the river, you have an overpair and very good pot odds.
