I'm curious what questions were presented to the jury. It would seem that many of his arguments were legal (not factual) questions to be resolved by the judge. His three main points (in this article):

There's no law making the average working man liable [for income taxes] --- that would/should be a question of law for the judge to answer

there's no law or regulation that allows the IRS to contend that earnings are 100 percent profit received in exchange for nothing --- again, that should be a judge, not a jury, question

the right to earn a living through any lawful occupation is a constitutionally protected fundamental right, and it is exempt from taxation --- once again, judge question; not a jury question.

Anybody know if there is a link to the jury instructions anywhere?
