i dont fold this. You got a lot of outs and will get payed off from time to time. And yes i fire that second bullet. I'd bet 0.9$ here.

I probably c/c since I don't think we have enough FE to fold both and I don't mind another card coming. You can call the UTG bet I think.

I think I might have c/r the flop here because; It disguises your hand, narrows the range of a callers hands. If you get called you pretty much know you'll have to hit your fd to have the best hand, which means that you'll avoid having these difficult "should I call" situations later on in the hand. On the other hand it might scare your opponent enough to want to keep the pot small if he's holding an ace, wich could mean a free card on the turn (or even river).
Anyway. These are things to think about after betting the flop (as you did). 1. You do have a good draw. 2. You have the betting lead. You do have FE because: 3. People at .05/0.10 way to often call to see the turn with hands like inside draws middle pairs etc to either see if their hands improve, or: 4. Bluff if you check it. 5. If none of thos things happens they'll often fold. 6. If they call on the turn here, hope to hit your flush, or give it up. How come you're so sure on of them have an ace? You didn't have som read you didn't tell us about, did you? |

i think fold is fine here. C/C is probably ok but i don't like it so much, UTG is too short to make this a definite +EV move. If UTG was full buy in then Im going with it the whole way, less than 1/2 buy in and I let this go.

[/ QUOTE ] I like firing again because you get to control the size of the bet. By betting .90 here we have ability to take down the pot right now, but we also save money by avoiding calling a PSB when we check to villain. Sort of a blocking bet and a 2nd barrell at the same time. |
