the converter doesnt work for FTP hand histories, is there an alternate converter i can use?

There is a list of like 6 converters, just pick one and make sure you set it to 2+2 format.

I tried a few different converters for FT and they didn't work for me either.. I did set them to 2+2 and so forth. Oddly, this is the only one that works for me, so I'm curious if it works for OP as well:
