Default NM - question answered

Since I can't play the SNGs, I'm playing some .5/1 and 1/2 and I'm noticing an unusually high number of players sitting out when the blinds hit them. Is there some workaround or reason they're doing this that has to do with the network problems, or is this normal behavior?

I've played cash games before, but I've never seen anything like this.

They're timing out when they're meant to post since the network sucks.

Ahhhh, makes total sense. Can't believe I didn't think about that. I've never seen the cash games run while the tourneys and SNGs are out of order.
