Default $10NL AKo OOP Facing PF 4-bet

Villain is 32/15/1.5 over 77 hands.

Villain has been raising pretty aggressively PF this session (~25 hands or so). I don't think a call is appropriate here OOP, maybe I'm wrong. I have villain covered, but he's got almost 100BBs, so I don't really want to 5-bet AI and race.

What do you guys do in a spot like this?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed)
saw flop|<font color="#C00000">saw showdown</font>

UTG ($4.65)
MP ($15.75)
CO ($9.65)
Button ($10.40)
Hero ($22.25)
BB ($9.50)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG calls $0.10, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $0.5</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1.55</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG folds, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $3.1</font>, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $3.30

This is either a fold or a push. Depending on your willingness to gambool either decision is fine IMO. Only hand you'd hate to see is AA, and KK isn't too good either. Against the rest of his range it's a coinflip or better.
If you have no history of villain 4betting light a fold isn't bad.

Your 3bet is extremely standard.

I think it's a fold.

If he's 4-betting here, he's calling your shove (at NL10). That means you're putting in about $8 to win about $19, so you need ~42% equity. You don't have that even if he's 4-betting {99+, AK}.

So unless you think he's wild enough to be doing this with AQ or worse, it's a fold.

And yes, you should be 3-betting this all day.

I fold too. 4bets with no history of light 3betting are stupid.

raise to $2 or $2.5 in the first place. you have to offset your position.
as played I think you are pretty far behind if you push and get a call. peoples 4betting ranges are usually pretty tight and he probably wants to suck you in.
