Pretty sure John Holmes ranks above Jamie Gillis in 70s porn star fame. As would Ron Jeremy, Herschel Savage, and possibly Paul Thomas, John Leslie and Buck Adams.

I know this is getting waaay off topic but Boogie Nights was a movie depicting the porn scene in the 70's and 80's so they didn't rip that old flick off. They just included it to show what it was like back then.
