Nucharge-do you need a landline phone?

I talked to them yesterday and they said that I had to have a landline phone to sign up. Is that true? Has anyone else used their cell phone to sign up? I'm not sure how they'd know the difference nowadays, but who knows?

i used a cell phone

i also used a celluar. all they do is call you w/ a confirmation code (automated) and you enter it in on their website.
