Nah, I don't. You are most probably up against 3-4 overcards if not one overpair and two overcards. Save your chips.

I did some math by hand. If we assume that the smaller of the two shortstacks never wins, (in reality it doesn't make that much of a difference which of the two does,) we'd need to win ~28% to breakeven calling.

Even with their relative desperation, I don't think we should expect to win that frequently. One or both of them will have an overpair too often.

Thanks Kev. I called as shown, but wasn't sure afterwards if it was correct. What calling range should one have?
