is this a clear fold or even a push considering my stack

I wouldn't have just flatcalled preflop if I decided to play for like 25% of my stack when there is a big risk overcards will be on the flop. I either push or fold. I'm leaning towards pushing.

I push this 95% of the time. He has to make the decision whether to go for the flip or keep is stack. If he folds you have an additional 4.5 BB, if he calls with top 4.8% of hands you still not more than 3:2 underdog.
