Default AA vs KK vs QQ vs AKs vs JJ

hi,

i think it's that most people agree that the best hand is AA, followed by KK, QQ, AKs, JJ

now i would like to know is there a way to (mathematically even?) quantify how much better AA is compared to any of the other hands ?

regards, malicor

Why does it matter?

But it's way better than KK (and no I don't have any math to back this up).

well in poker tracker you can see how many bb's, per average, each hand wins in the long run.

In my experience, if AA is 1.0 in terms of profitability -- not hands won -- then KK is about 0.6, QQ roughly 0.4, JJ about 0.35 and AKs about 0.3.

Based on that comparison, AA is 66% more profitable than KK.
