Default Wingows cashouts to Epassporte

Does anyone else have pending cashouts to their Epassporte account from Wingows Poker? I have two outstanding for over 2 weeks. They promptly answer my emails, but they only state that they are having technical problems with Epassporte cashouts and are working on it.

I have a cashout pending as well. 12 days ago they told me they are having problems with cahsouts in general (a very bad sign if you ask me), and that they couldn't tell me how long it would take to resolve the problem.

Fortunately their site is still up. Hopefully we will get paid soon. This does make me a bit uneasy about playing on these small sites.

I am experiencing the same situation with Wingows, and they give me the same "technical difficulties" answer with no details. I have been waiting since 7/11 for cashouts. I have talked to other players on the site and they all have had trouble cashing out. One player said he is still waiting for a check since FEb. 2 people told me they did get paid, one after two weeks and the other after 2 months. Both said they had about 10+ phone calls and e-mails with wingows before they got paid.

It's not just that they are a small site, its that they are shady- look at the chats I have had with them:

7/15: Hello, welcome to Online support. How may I assist you?

Miriam: hi there
the winner: I was just taling to someone but it looks like live chat restarted me
the winner: but anyway
the winner: i was asking about cashing out
the winner: I have some cashouts pending

the winner: one was on 7/11 and another on 7/13
Miriam: this two still pending.
Miriam: We currently don’t have an approximate date for ending this issue.
Miriam: We deeply apologize for the delay and for any inconvenience caused.
the winner: is there another way I can cash out?
the winner: what about eco card. I see it as a deposit option but not as a withdrawal option
Miriam: i dont think it will help, i think only time will help!
Miriam: we have to be patient!
the winner: Ok, well I was wanting to deposit more money on wingows so I can play higher stakes games, but I suppose I will of course wait till you get the withdrawl issues worked out

Miriam: Our financial department is working to fix this problem as soon as possible.
Miriam: and they work very hard
the winner: you keep saying that
the winner: in the online foums, the word is that you are having trouble to cashouts and It looks like I am going to have to add my own story to the list
the winner: can I talk to someone from the finance department?
Miriam: sure sir, please mail to- cashier@wingows.com
Miriam: and you will be answered by our financial department!

** ('the winner' is my wingows screen name)

sidenote: This is suspicious, but I don't know if it means anything - 3 days after I started playing, I withdrew my original deposit, and that was processed and in my epassporte account in a few hours. Now that I am trying to withdraw winnings, they are suddenly having these never ending technical difficulties.

wonder why someome offered me a trade at wingos 4000 for 3100 at FT??? guess hes not so sure hes going to see any of it

my user in wingows is beatgaming

My name is Colin Anderson and I am head of marketing, affilaites and media at Wingows Gaming....

FIrstly I can tell you that "YES" there was some cashout problems at Wingows due to technical problems with our epassporte merchant account...

Happily I can say that the problem that was causing us to properly process numerousous withdrawals is now being fixed and and cashouts are being processed....

As for the post on casino meister...

Wingows Gaming is NOT owned by any American company... Our main office is based in Isreal and is run from there...
