I'm not saying it's a great feeling, but I don't feel bad for the guy or for anyone with 150k in one account. He said in the link that he's going to wire some money, so he obviously has more. It's just funny when he says he doesn't like to "play short" with 150k. I know at the stakes he plays it is short, but it still sounds funny to be to have "only" 150k in your account. And with that much money and his skill, he should be able to step down and grind it out, though it doesn't sound like he's planning on stepping down.

I sense a bit of jealousy here...Why would he step down and grind it out with money easily available.

Its good what hes doing, starting with a fresh frame of mind after a big downswing.

GL to him

You don't play enough but after playing for a couple of weeks some people get what you called burnt out. Therefore he wants to take a break from poker and clear his mind of all the thoughts calculations and everything associated with the game.
