Villian is laggy, but good, beat him heads-up in a previous game. Fold after flop raise?

I agree you shouldn't be folding unless he is super tight or you have some read on his flop raise. Raising to 500 pf could help though, keep pots more controlled not only in this particular hand but in others at this blind level.
