how would you play this river

I have over 2000 hands with villain and I am well aware of how he plays. His normal way of going about business against me is to call down with any pair, two pair, or draw then overbet or c/r me when he hits. With these reads how do you play this river now that we got this far?

unfortunately check seems like the only option, if he has a pocket pair of any kind it seems he will call you, qt or two unpaired diamonds he prolly will not but its too much risk not enough reward. If he has you he has you just know he will pay you off when you have him.
