It's hard to put him on anything based solely upon his preflop play... I can't think of a single hand where I think it's correct to coldcall with in that situation.

Am I really the only one 3-betting the flop? The only likely hand MP3 has that beats us at the moment is TT. Unless he cold-called with some goofy hand that's hit two pair, we're ahead of anything else.

That's what I thought here as well, 3bet the flop and call down to further aggression.

The only hand we're really afraid of is TT, and I don't really understand a UTG limp with that.

[/ QUOTE ]

Couldn't we also be scared of A5? That's the first thing that jumped into my head off the turn bet.

That's usually also my default line, but I was wondering how this line is. A call on the flop and a C/R on the turn creates a bigger pot, but when behind it will cost more money. Problem with the C/R on the turn is that he can check or fold after getting C/R'ed... but he can also call/fold or something like that after getting reraised on the flop...

So what is better?

The absence of any draws on the board means he has a T or a PP<Hero's. I like the turn c/r because this turn is getting checked through ~never.

These are the hands I like to c/r turns with.

Perhaps I am missing something. The absence of any draws just got whacked with the 3 coming off. You can still fear A5.

Edit: Yes, I am being repetitive.

That's a pretty improbable draw coming in.
