Default DUAL MONITOR VIDEO CARD HELP???

I just bought a GE FORCE 7300 GS video, and my computer has been crashing. I even tried downloading the updated drivers. I did buy a previous dual video card and was returned right away because of crashing problems. I didn't really have any problems with this computer crashing like this before.

I have an emachine computer that has 1.5 gigs of ram and the video card is in the pci express slot. Any thoughts why my comp keeps crashing?

More ram? Better video card? Different slot?
