I tryed withdrawing today at the ATM and it said i dind't have funds or something to withdraw... which isnt the case i have enough funds in epassporte right now. Can I only withdraw 1 time every calander day or 1 time every 24 hrs

one time every calendar day. if you withdraw back to back days, waiting until midnight for the next day is usually not enough though. there's some processing time that comes from either epassporte's end or the bank's atm. you can, however, check when your atm withdrawal funds become available through epassporte's online site under "online statement," and then withdraw from your atm immediately.

My account was put in "Funds Protection Mode" basically it was froze since the balance was over 5k. I just emailed them the documents they requested this morning. Anyone have any experience with how long it may take for it to get unlocked?

Has anyone gotten hacked after applying for either epassporte or other deposit options at pokerstars? I consider my computer secure but got the blue screen of death shortly after my deposit options were rejected from both of these sites. After a restart and starting to play starcraft my starcraft game misteriously exited to the windows menu as well. I would like to think nothing of it but none of this has ever happened before.

God. Any tips on getting it unlocked faster? I sent them the documents, then called them and informed them that I sent them in and emailed them again telling them I send them in. Anything else you would suggest?

Took me 3 weeks.

I sent them documents and called every single day. I sent documents every other day, just in case. I faxed them. E-mailed them.

It still took 3 weeks.
