Default Overpair in a huge pot, river decision

Villian is 50/17/- in just 25 hands

Full Tilt Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com

SB ($88.45)
BB ($29.85)
UTG ($46.65)
MP ($136.35)
Hero ($56.65)
Button ($19.95)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1.75</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, SB calls $1.50, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>.

Flop: ($4) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $3</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises to $6</font>, Hero calls $3.

Turn: ($16) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $16</font>, Hero calls $16.

River: ($48) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks, Hero?

I think his river checks pretty much says he's holding a jack and wouldn't like to play such a big pot cause I think two pair/set+ would be betting at least half the pot here. I very much would like to value bet the river but the pot's already huge and I don't want to play for my stack with just an overpair. Any value in doing so?
