Default top pair on draw heavy board 40-80

horrible player utg limps, good player utg+1 limps, tightish player raises, horrible player on the button calls, and I call in the big blind with QJs. flop Jh 10h 8c. The flop action goes check, check, raisor bets, button calls, I raise, utg+1 3 bets, raisor folds, button now 4 bets I......

angle shoot 5 bet, then wait for them to tell you it's a 4 bet cap. Check any turn...
