I would fold. The 5xBB for 1/4 of his stack is a subtle hint villain isn't folding to a reraise, and it is about 50% he has a higher pp.

Agree 100%. I'm surprised so many others are saying to jam, I wouldn't even think twice about folding here.

oh, we don't see bad players raise to like 7bb and fold? i see it all the time. it's the bubble, we have a pair. we'll still draw out 20% of the time if he has kk and it's the infamous 5bb tell.

fold I don't think a 5x open is a wide range, even from a donk.

Wow, surprised some people are saying fold. The number of times I've seen people raise 5x+ on the bubble and fold to a shove is pretty high. The fact that he raised 5x makes me think he is trying to make it look like he won't fold but in fact has no intention to call. I shove.

I understand the aggression but not the question. If you shove half your stack in, then you are guessing/hoping he is stealing. So roll with it and don't think about it. But why did you need to go 25k? It is 50% of your stack. He either has two overcards or a bigger pair. Can you make him fold either since truthfully his 5k essentially commits him to the pot unless it is a stone cold bluff? I can't see why you needed to steal this pot with a top 5 stack and potentially bring yourself back to the lower half of the pack on what you must figure is at best a coin flip.

wow I shove redic wide and I fold here pretty confidently. His range is 77-JJ and AQ-AK and is not folding.

He went to 25k because the original raiser had less than 21k to start the hand. He's putting him all-in. I don't really understand the rest of your post, but I thought I'd clear that up.
