This comes down to wheather villain has a set or not but with that kind of read I would go with the hand. The turn card didn't change anything really, and if you were ahead on the flop you are very likely ahead on the turn.

meh overbets like this usually arent bluffs, but given history i'd call. how many hands do you have with villain?
