Re: 99,mid, facing push
What's the buy-in?
And what range do you put villian on here? |

Re: 99,mid, facing push
You could make arguments to fold or call. My initial reaction was that villain put you on a steal and is restealing figuring that it'll be a tough call for you, which it is, and he can do so without getting crippled.

[/ QUOTE ] I would put alot less emphasis on villian trying to resteal as Hero's raise came from an earlier position. If Hero raised from say the CO, then a resteal is more likely. Though knowing our perceived image would be helpful. |

Re: 99,mid, facing push
i have been tight, not out of line, so i think he has to respect my raise from that position, and he insta shoved.

Re: 99,mid, facing push
I was thinking pretty close to that. So I ran this in pokerstove and got:
equity win tie pots won pots tied Hand 0: 47.262% 46.44% 00.82% 64415780 1134578.00 { 9c9h } Hand 1: 52.738% 51.92% 00.82% 72011688 1134578.00 { 66+, AQs+, AQo+ } Pots odds are close to 1.5 to 1. So if this range is correct you should call. |
