Call and evaluate on turn. If he donkbets the turn a decent amount I would consider a fold. Reads would come into play here.

Could be a semi-bluff, raise is small enough so that calling an re-evaluating is good. If he leads into you for any significant monies, I probably fold.

such a small raise, you should call and re-evaluate on the turn. If he bets anything significant on a blank turn then you probably have to fold.

I like the call and evaluate on the turn play. I think I should add that if he checks the turn you should fire about $7 on the turn (as long as it is a blank), and obv fold if he c/r twice. This is because some players will semi bluff minraise the flop in the hopes of getting the turn checked so they can draw cheaply, although ppl tend to only use this play in position.

I don't like calling to re-eval when half the deck is not a potential blank. I reraise that weak c/r and I'm pot committed from there.

If there was just a flush draw, or just an obvious straight draw, I might just call and reeval because then I could be more sure of what range I'm up against.
