Default 100nl, TPTK minraised on turn

I have no history w/ villain except getting it allin for 60bb w/ AA v his KK.

Also, everyone leads turn here right?

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 4 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $80.65
Hero (BB): $166.60
UTG: $201.65
BTN: $204.05

Reads: villain is like 35/18/3 or something... apparently is a regular at 50nl and is taking a shot.

Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 Players)
UTG folds, BTN calls $1.00, SB folds, Hero raises to $5.00, BTN calls $4.00

Flop: ($10.50) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $8.00, BTN calls $8.00

He could definitely take this line with a set or possibly a suited king two pair considering his stats and you are oop which sucks...I think this is a fold because we can probably expect villain to fire again on the river.

I would bet less on the turn. There are no draws and you def. want him coming along with TT/8x/KJ. I would call him this time and fold to a big river bet, but make a note. Some players will take this line with only a monster and that is good info.

I didn't even notice the FD. Forget what I said. I think you have to call and re-evaluate on the river.

Definitely call turn. You don't want to go broke here, but it's difficult to imagine a non-set hand that beats you. If he shoves river (no matter what it is) I'd lay it down. And yes, leading is standard unless you're trying to induce.

call turn, check/fold river if he bets big.

I think he's limping some preflop because he either is terrible or he's short rolled for 100NL. For that reason I expect him to be bluffing a lot less often and I don't think he'd ever make a big bet on the river without the goods.
