I would be very concerned when you are min-reraised. I'd probably just call and hope to flop a set. If you are going to play back you should push.

Is this limit or no limit holdem and what was the buy-in? I don't think you did anything wrong here. Once you repopped you were pot committed to call the rest of the raises. Someone probably has Ax or something like that and out flopped you. If you had the best hand pre-flop and are pretty much all in before the flop there is nothing you can do if someone out flops you. If they had a higher pair than JJ then thats just tough luck.
