Re: Matusow calls out Shaniac (aka IDIOT) on Cardplayer.com
Matusow calls Shaniac a blow up artist at final tables...Schlegervdoubled up the shortstack twice with one hand A10-high (no pair no draw) and another with A6os v AJ...hence is an idiot tiltbox who cost Matusow the tourney by blowing his stack off to the guy who won it.

Re: Matusow calls out Shaniac (aka IDIOT) on Cardplayer.com
Matusow calls Shaniac aka "Schegeler" an idiot because of how he supposedly brought Kevin Saul right back in the game right after Kevin blew up his big chip lead. Shaniac apparently got in an all-in with no pair no draw on the flop and doubled him up with some weak ace in another spot I think.
edit: just looked the hands up (from cardplayer). They were: [ QUOTE ] Kevin Saul raises to $75,000 and Shane Schleger makes the call. The flop is 8 7 4 and Saul bets $100,000. Schleger raises to $700,000 and Saul moves all in for another $85,000 and Schleger must call. Saul has J 10 and Schleger is ahead with A 10. The turn is the 4 and Saul will double up. The river 10 doesn't change anything and Saul doubles up to just under $2,000,000. [/ QUOTE ] (blinds were $12,000/$24,000 with a $3,000 ante and Kevin had a diamond draw on the flop and hit it on the turn) [ QUOTE ] Kevin Saul raises to $175,000 and Shane Schleger moves all in for $1,539,000. Saul calls and shows A J. Schleger shows A 6. The flop comes J 10 6 and both pair their kicker. The turn is the K giving outs to the chop. The river is the 4 and Shane Schleger is our fourth place finisher earning $232,690. [/ QUOTE ] (blinds were $30,000-$60,000 with a $5,000 ante) |
