After I finished playing/reviewing my session, I decided to check out some of the higher limit 6max games.

I first checked out 10NL and the tables seemed as if they were a bit tighter than the 5NL games I play.

I then went right to the 1kNL 6max and found a few tables running. Players were open limping almost every hand. Limping first in on the button regularly.

I then checked out 600NL 6max and also seen lots of limping first in even first in on the button.

Finally I checked out 100NL 6max. More limping first in. At all these tables I noticed limping first in as oppossed to raising first in as taught by uNL.

I thought the higher limits were full of players who know how to play and know better than to open limp, even first in OTB. Why do the higher limits play differently than what us uNL players are taught. When uNL players move up are we going to need to change everything we know about playing the 6max???
