Clonie Gowen is a biatch at the table. I played with her once last year. I just watched all the VR you tube videos. OMG. How can she act like an expert the way she plays? How can she be invited to speak on shows about game theory?

I saw her on the Donny Deutch (sp?) show on cnbc a awhile back before i knew who she was. She had me fooled--I thought she was for real [img]/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img]

Also, Joe Navarro should use clips of her in a video edition of his book. She gives of tells that Helen Keler could see [img]/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img]

Pick a topic- any topic- and talk it to death and eventually you will either convince others or yourself you are an expert.

That seems to be her routine, and it's entirely possible she isn't aware it's what she is doing.
It does however become a justification for/distraction from bad play.
