either fold the flop
or rr more pf so that its more correct to call the flop shove

Versus pairs lower than QQ that didn't flop a set you have about 28% equity.
Preflop I usually just shove or smoothcall unless villain is very aggro and will occasionally 5-bet shove as a bluff. As played I fold the flop.
