Default 10NL A9s in SB vs BTN raise

This hand has bothered me since I played it last night. Don't have the actual hand since I'm at work.

10NL 6max

Hero with ~$10 stack dealt A9s in SB.

Everyone folds. BTN with ~$40 stack, VPIP of ~40, and a 60% stealing pct over 40+ hands raises normal amount.

Hero RR 3 times his raise.

BTN RR and gives hero 2-1 odds.

Hero?

Obviously, looking at this now, this is a fold but what about the rest. Anyone hate my RR PF?

What has the villian shown down in those 40 hands? I dont like the RR preflop out of position with this hand. The RR makes more sense if you had position. I would call though and see a flop. This would be a much better spot with at least one other caller.

Unfortunately, I can't imagine villains at 10 nl 4 betting light, so you have to give this up.

The 3bet is ok I suppose since you've been observing him stealing a lot, but do use sparingly. If villain's not the type that folds when played back at, then it's just spew.
