Got action from hands I dominated. What else can you ask for? Note that if I win either of the two all-ins, my stack will be large enough so that the next time I get it all-in, I'll probably have my opponent significantly outchipped.

I LOVE kill phil strategy or as I like to put it the "I hate to put time and effort in being a good poker player so I will be a push monkey" strategy.

Fixing post for me.

Yup...I haven't read Kill Phil yet, but I've been pushing AK,AQ in low-buyin MTTs and have been consistantly getting called by weak aces.

Granted, they suck out a great deal of the time, but that's poker.

Kill Phil doesn't tell you to push AK preflop until the blinds get high. It tells you to fold.

That's only for playing live tournaments. Online you push AK every time, although I guess if there are multiple raises in front of you, you can make a judgement call about whether or not you're beaten.

A bit off topic: was a funny scene at the WSOP when that guy, who was wearing a KILL PHIL hat picked up AA and raised t1000 into a pot of t50 or so. Farha had some small wired pair and with a smile made the call. Sammy spike trips and knocked the joker out.

haha, I remember that. The funny thing is, he didn't raise enough preflop, he's supposed to raise 1/6th of his stack, lmao.

Pretty sure he raised more than 1/6th: 1/2 - 1/3. Was near the beginning of the tourney and he was already hurting. Anyway, not terribly important.

I thought he had 10K, I know it was at the beginning of the tournament, and I remember he bet 6K on the flop, and farha raised him all in.
