Would you go back to NETeller if it became legal in the USA?

That's what I always used it for. Unfortunately, I got nailed with really bad timing while making a withdrawal from FTP. The money hit Neteller at the exact perfect time for it to get stuck there while I was in the process of moving it to my checking account.
