Default AT flops trips vs a donk

Villain is a complete nutbag.. 46/11/5 and hates it when I raise his blind.

Anyone up for smooth calling the turn, or should I go ahead and raise since the flush draw is out, and possibly he may even have a J and pay off. He obviously doesn't think I have an ace, and I'm not worried about being outkicked or anything.

I'm leaning towards a smoothcall cause he'd probably fire again and you're not worried about being outkicked. I wouldn't be that worried about the FD since you have one of the hearts. If he's on a FD he's only got a 15% chance at this point since you hold one of his outs and any J of h pairs the board.

Minraising is also an option as this player never believes you have anything.

I would put it all-in, in case a heart rolled off on the river. I doubt he has a flush draw, but it may kill your action. I strongly doubt he is folding here.
