Sounds like a similar hand I had today.

I had TT though, villian raised and I flat called.

Overbets at 10NL and 25NL like this are almost always the nuts.

His range is:

TT, AK, JT, 9T, 8T, JJ, 99. I'll make AKs just because it's not as likely. Assume that's the times he has air. Also, the only hands taht make sense with the preflop action are 99, TT, JJ and AK

I'd call this getting almost 2:1 thinking his range is 99, JJ, TT, and AKs. You're slightly ahead of his range or it's a very close call since TT is the most likely hand.
