villain is an unknown, but his screenname ia a bit dorky and you suspect he is not too good.

It's such a draw heavy board I think you should make it $600. Obviously if he pushes you have to make a read but probably fold. You can wait for a safe turn, but how do you know what's safe? And why let him see a non-safe turn for free?

If hero makes it $600 it's hard for villain to make a mistake. Hero's hand is not at all disguised, he's not going to fold out a better one, he's unlikely to get a call from a worse one.

He does punish draws.

unless im grossly mistaken, I do believe villain has paid 200 dollars in a 100 dollar pot, which is charging him quite sufficiently.

once you call, it is a 500 dollar pot. you have the option of letting him see the turn for free in that 500 dollar pot or of making him pay more money. who cares what he has already put in?
