Villain is 16/8/inf. after around 20 hands

I'd fold his stats indicate hes a nit, hes not doing this with anyything you beat.

The weakest hand I could see him doing this with is AxK[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].

Fold.

Infinite agg after just 20 hands doesn't necessarily mean that he's a maniac. It just means he never calls.

I guess you should fold, but I'm not going to guarantee you that Villain isn't doing this with a worse ace he wants to "protect" or a pair plus a flush draw either. I mean, a pot-sized raise would basically commit both of you if called, and this raise isn't much bigger.

You are getting, what, 7:4 or so. So I would call against maniacs and against many LAGs.
