NL10, AQ on scary board...too passive?

Whether I won or lost is really irrelevant on this, it's just that in hindsight I felt maybe this line was too passive...please check my line.

Had 21 hands with villain who was rnnning at 42/0/2 for what it's worth (i know, not much).

3/4 is a good enough bet on the flop...

This hand looks fine to me, Im calling any bet on the river though everytime...

Preflop: I would have raised to .50 or .60.

Flop: I would bet between half pot and pot, which you did.

Turn: With 3 hearts there now, I would bet the pot with my 2 pair.

River: If he is still there, I'm putting the rest in...and cursing the poker gods if he flips up a jack.
