Won't a lot of Villain's CRAI with QTo, A3 and A4? I'd call AT for sure and fold the AK.

[/ QUOTE ]

explain how villain gets to the river with QTo

if hes solid it doesnt seem likely he would call pf, but if he did i think c/c flop and checking turn (when he expects hands that were better on the flop to shove turn, as well as some bluffs) seems standard as well. river is a good card for opponent to bluff and make some value bets, so it seems almost standard to crai there as well.

i dont know villain, and agree that one who whitelime views as "solid" likely does not have that here, but i don't think it is out of the question.

why not?

he calls the reraise light preflop because it's HU. he check/calls the flop (seems standard). he whiffs a c/r on the turn and then gets it in on the river. I dont see what's wrong with that at all?

*donkey voice* I call!

The very fact that you say "fold because he'd never be bluffing here!" is why he's bluffing here sometimes.

I have a really hard time putting him on a hand and he probably thinks you have 1 pair so I'd call. I really wouldn't be surprised to see him show up with 88 or something.

[/ QUOTE ]but making such a small raise... hes giving whitelime great odds to call... it really seems like he is doing this for value, since hes obviously getting great odds and has tptk

personally I would fold, but there was an interesting hand a while back with TC in 25-50 hu on UB where a guy did a similiar play like this as a complete bluff knowing Taylor would think it would have to be a value push and would fold
