The only thing that would make me consider a call here is that some donks play 5x like this, but I think I can fold here. People at NL10 often. seem to shove when they hit thier draws on the river. You could maybe block bet this river for like $1.5. As played I fold to his shove (but this depends on your stack size - you may be pot commited if you weren't full stacked). Please include stack sizes - very important.
