I'd go back to Firepay.

[ QUOTE ]
I never received any communication from them that my funds were frozen.

When I went to my account to withdraw, I saw this one sentence:

"Withdrawal options are currently suspended for US members."

with no explanation or apology.

UP THEIR ASS WITH A SHOVEL!

[/ QUOTE ]

Exactly. Confiscated funds=No respect for the customer. I don't plan on giving them any of my business/money because I can't trust them. I'll wait for checks, even if it is slightly more inconvenient for me. If there are alternative companies, I would use them, since Neteller was convenient for moving funds between sites.

Partypoker let me withdraw.

my money has been locked for as long as I care to remember. I find it hard to believe that they have any customers what so ever ANYWHERE in the world. I guess they need something to actully happen to them to believe that this company dosent have any repect for the customer

Neteller used to be the best option. I'm currently happy with the paytru card so i don't see any reason for me personally to go back to NT.

Outside of the hassles involved in raising your limits, e-passporte has been a fine replacement for Neteller.

I would probably go back but I don't think I would be keeping money in Neteller like I used to. Instead I would just use it to move money between my bank and poker sites.
