Default 300bbs Deep tough $1/$2 hand

My opponent is a donkey and has been running white hot. He's at 33/12/.96 over 200 hands and goes to showdown 23% of the time when seeing the flop.

I have a multi-year history of losing pots greater than 400bb+ online so I am a little gun-shy sometimes.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (6 handed) internettexasholdem.com

SB ($198)
Hero ($674.85)
UTG ($368.40)
MP ($709.20)
CO ($218.90)
Button ($203)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $6</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, SB calls $5, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $36</font>, MP calls $30, SB folds.

Flop: ($78) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $55</font>, MP calls $55.

Turn: ($188) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $150</font>, MP calls $150.

River: ($488) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP bets $252</font>, Hero ???

I 3 bet so large because villain is a donk and will call, plus I thought the stacks merited it. He instacalled my 3 bet and my flop and turn bets. My read was that he had a weak hand or was drawing. The Ac is just about the worst card, other than maybe a Q. What do I do and why?

Yes. I like to post my biggest hands to see if I made any mistakes. That's how I get better at poker. How do you improve on your game?

Fold. As you said, Ac is the worst card in the deck (besides the Q), so when it hits you should fold.
