300bbs Deep tough $1/$2 hand
My opponent is a donkey and has been running white hot. He's at 33/12/.96 over 200 hands and goes to showdown 23% of the time when seeing the flop.
I have a multi-year history of losing pots greater than 400bb+ online so I am a little gun-shy sometimes. Flop: ($78) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font> <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $55</font>, MP calls $55. Turn: ($188) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font> <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $150</font>, MP calls $150. I 3 bet so large because villain is a donk and will call, plus I thought the stacks merited it. He instacalled my 3 bet and my flop and turn bets. My read was that he had a weak hand or was drawing. The Ac is just about the worst card, other than maybe a Q. What do I do and why?

Fold. As you said, Ac is the worst card in the deck (besides the Q), so when it hits you should fold.
